Torch Podcast: “What’s the New Kale with Eden Morris”

As I reflect on 2020, I am beyond proud of how far I have come as an entrepreneur. As of December 30th, 2020, I have appeared on five different podcasts discussing so many different facets of my journey to become a registered dietitian, my own struggles with disordered eating, Female Athlete Triad, and Relative Energy Deficiency in Sport (RED-S), and the final push I needed to start my private practice after years of feeling so scared and unsure about how to start a business.

I decided to start my own private practice in March of 2020 after being laid off like so many other people during the coronavirus pandemic. This was my turning point. This was my chance to actually be bold. To do what I set out to do in 2012, to prevent what happened to me as an elite athlete from happening to others. I launched Teton Performance Nutrition in August of 2020, and the evolution of this business is like nothing I could have ever expected. I am finding my voice, staying true to my message, and podcast appearances absolutely help me deliver critical information to listeners all across the country.

As this year draws to a close, I want to say thank you. Thank you for following me on this journey. Thank you for reading, watching, and listening to the evolution of my vision for myself and my business. I could not do what I do without you and your support. What’s next for 2021? Stay tuned! I am unsure of the future, but I am excited for what is to come in the new year and years to come.

So what’s the new kale for 2021? I have several answers to this question. Take a listen to this podcast episode linked below to hear them!
